Nerocoffee.com Shipping & Refunds Policy

At nerocoffee.com our goal is to make our products available to all customers located in Thailand. We deliver to customers across Thailand using services such as EMS, Kerry Express Logistic or other national couriere suitable for a safe shipping to destination, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the wharehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is paid for. The processing time depends on the nature of the order, products readily available in stock are usually processed within hours, for Coffee Machines a full test is carried out to make sure that are in working order when shipped.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. National delivery usually takes 1 or 2 business days depending on the destination.

RETURNS

Our policy covers 7 days for Coffee Capsules, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

On Coffee Machines Nerocoffee.com guarantees a limited warranty of 1 (one) year beginning on the day the machine was purchased.
This warranty is intended as ‘bring in store’ and valid both for labor and parts, but not including the following:

  • – Improper use of machine, i.e. any other use than described in the manufacturer’s manual, as well as tampering with motors, pumps, valves and electric unit
  • – Transportation costs
  • – Transportation damage and damage as a result of improper storage and installation
  • – Problems arising due to normal wear of parts which are subjected to wear and tear like gaskets
  • – Any repairs performed by unauthorized persons
  • – Lack of descaling
  • – Improper usage
  • – Use of aggressive chemicals for descaling, cleaning
  • – Lightning discharges or power surges and incompatible voltages

RETURNING PRODUCTS

To return your product, you should e-mail your request to: sales@nerocoffee.com and we will instruct accordingly

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
